Reporting That Clients Actually Read: How We Structure It

3 min read

Planning, activation and optimization all lead somewhere: a report the client actually reads, built around the KPIs that were agreed on before the campaign launched — not a dashboard export dumped at the end of the month.

That means the report is scoped during planning, not written during reporting. If the objective was awareness, the numbers that matter are reach and impressions, not a conversion metric that was never the point. If the objective was engagement, the report leads with that, not with a vanity number that happened to be large.

The same discipline that runs through activation and optimization — one team, no hand-off between the people who built the campaign and the people explaining its results — is what makes the reporting stage useful instead of decorative.
